We are setting up a team of volunteers (available on an ad hoc basis) to help, support and/or participate in the organisation of awareness-raising events for people without access to healthcare in Luxembourg.
Regular mission
MAIN TASKS :
Logistical management
o Transport of the material with the organisation's vehicle, setting up of the awareness-raising material (roll up, beach flags, Igloo tent, posters, leaflets, ...)
Communication actions
o Preparation of signage, flyers, posters, help to spread information via social networks, ...
o Holding a stand, informing, raising awareness
o Participate in the event at the organisational level
YOUR PROFILE :
o Driving licence
o Experience in event management and/or secretarial work and/or multi-skilled labour
o Qualities: working in a multidisciplinary team, good people skills, ability to listen, sensitivity to health and poverty
o Rigorous, organised, versatile, resourceful, reliable
